I hate to be βthat guyβ but Iβm 99% sure liquid deathβs marketing is supposed to be tongue in cheek. At least I hope so cause otherwise itβs just sad.
And besides, Topo Chico is the goat of bottled water.
Lots of good stuff and interesting read. I feel compelled to completely disagree with one point. Nassim Nicholas Taleb's political labels going from libertarian to socialist from federal, state, local and family levels is the definition of tribalism and elitism that supports the gated communities of billionaire tax cheats. Instead of exposing political labels as stupid, it shows a selfish politics that's all about me and mine and fuck everybody else. Imagine applying the same logic to traffic laws.
I understand your point but I see it more as an acknowledgement of group dynamics and how context changes given group size. I mean, mobs act differently than small groups of friends, no? And re: traffic, we totally have diff rules for driving on the highway then we do on a suburban street where kids play. And I think human beings are to some degree selfish and to ignore that leads to utopian thinking out of step with reality. People are more likely to take care of their kin than strangers β instead of attacking that perhaps it's best to accept that's how nature works. Appreciate your feedback though!
Love me some Saul Bass. Also, your point about the Hamas apologists makes my brain hurt. It's so obvious and yet people want to I dunno, straight up deny it. Like, hey #ally, you understand they'd throw your ass off a building, right?
Perhaps the very most expensive mainstream coffee beans in stores now is βDeath Wishβ - for no good reason. Iβd feel like an idiot at the check out which, given their popularity, has created a small existential crisis in my very tiny head.

Then I wish it said "Ironically murder your thirst!" π

Not to mention feminists who hated The Handmaid's Tale out here rallying to make it a reality. Up is down and left is right.
Truer words my friend.
