Capitol Hill Comedy bar is a good spot. Depends on the size of the crowd you're looking for. I was at Andrew Rivers' special taping there and it was a good vibe, clean space, not dodgy. Unexpected Improv in Pike Place is also a good spot, a bit larger I think.
Gen Z Steve Albini would have to be an influencer, a rapper, a songwriter/producer whose credits include songs with 15 other songwriters and 5 producers, computer literate user of Pro-Tools who doesn't play an instrument and doesn't understand acoustics for microphone placement. And they would totally do a collab with Tostitos and Doritos.
