This slaps hard. I completely agree with you. Saw a D3 mens basketball game last week where the coach was dressed in sweat pants and a t-shirt highlighted by armpit stains the size of the Sunday New York Times
My hips got so wide during the pandemic that the only things that really fit are yoga pants and my stretchy spans jeans. I am working on it, but this was a painful read. I have been publicly called out and now I must do better. I know people always wonder what I am doing dressed like I am and sitting in first class, but they are the only seats my hips won’t get stuck in. 😂
A girlfriend and I just said this about Matt Rife. I never heard of him until recently. I feel like some of these people have to be paying for follows and likes, it didn’t just go viral on its own--no way.

Preach! I realized this myself after 3 years working from home I looked more like Belichick than I wanted. Now my wardrobe aspires to be more futbol coach than football coach.
